Draftsman

QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school, vocational and fresh graduate
- Willing to be assigned in Quezon City
- Keen to details and can take well instructions
- Candidate must possess positive attitude
- Open-minded, task & time oriented
- Resourceful

- Must be proficient on using the following software
- AutoCAD
- Sketch Up
- Photoshop
- Illustrator

Marketing Staff
Job Type: Full Time
QUALIFICATIONS:
- At least college graduate of any four (4) year course (Business/Marketing major preferred)
- Must be able to work on multiple projects simultaneously
- Must have basic knowledge in Graphic Design (Adobe Photoshop)
- Must be computer literate (MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint)
- Updated in latest marketing trends and events industry
- Ability to work successfully in a team environment
- Flexible and can work with minimal supervision
- Able to meet project deadlines
- Creative, pro-active and organized
SPECIFIC SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience in handling events is an advantage
- Excellence verbal and written communication with direct customer contact or canvassing experience
- Highly resourceful
- Understands sales process and marketing programs

Maintenance Staff

SPECIFIC SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:
- Knowledge in Electrical & Mechanical works; Repairs & Installation etc.
- Can handle power machineries
- Experience in maintaining equipment, air-conditioning & refrigeration systems
- Knowledge in carpentry is a plus
